Order Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Saturday before 2 PM are processed and shipped the same day; orders submitted after that time will ship the next day. All orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped from our warehouse the following business day. In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete your order on the same day, we will attempt to dispatch it within 2 working days.

Please be aware that once you have placed your order, we are unable to change the delivery address


Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Free national shipping is available for orders above ₹500. For orders that are lower than ₹500, it will be calculated during checkout.

Orders once packed or shipped CANNOT be cancelled/modified.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

In most cases, we deliver goods within 2 business days of receiving an order confirmation. If you live in a non-metro area, all products typically arrive to you between 3 to 10 days; but, very rarely, deliveries may take longer than 10 days to reach very remote locations. Note: Bookings made for pre-orders, special orders, or bespoke orders are not subject to these deadlines.

All items are shipped within 2 working days of receiving the order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your complete order within 4 days of the order, we shall cancel the unshipped part of the order. In such a case, your payment for the unshipped items in your order shall be refunded, in the method you have made the payment. The refund will be done as soon as possible and we, at Suche Organic Private Limited, are committed to it.

If you believe that the product is not received in perfect condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged please contact us, mentioning your order reference number. International Orders

Currently we are not handling International Orders.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
